Operated by Andy Bowyer, a.b. Voices is dedicated to providing the very best in recording excellence. Andy is not only an accomplished voice over talent, but handy when it comes to audio production as well. In addition to voice recording, Andy has added sound effects and music tracks to eCards for American Greetings, television commercials, website animations, and more. As a copywriter, Andy has several clients that rely on his abilities to not only bring their messages to life, but to drive customers to their doors. His concepts have won several awards, including "Best Crossover Spoof" in the Atom Films/LucasFilms "Star Wars Fan Film Contest" in 2004 for his short film "Carbonite Confusion," which was produced and co-directed with Ryan Simmons of Cartoon Solutions. "Carbonite Confusion" is still a fan favorite almost three years later. Also in 2004, Andy again teamed up with Ryan Simmons to create a thirty-second television commercial aimed at promoting film making in Utah. While Ryan was busy with the animation, Andy provided the concept, copy, character voices, and sound design work. The result was a piece called "Shoot In Utah," and was selected as one of only a handful of winners in the Utah Film Commission's commercial contest. The ad was shown during the 2005 Sundance Film Festival, and was featured on the show "In The Can." Andy has well over 18 years worth of experience in the broadcast industry, and is now applying the tools of the trade for clients just like you every day. Of course the best part about a.b. Voices is that we truly enjoy what we do! From conception to completion, we have fun every step of the way.
